• Admission is subject to eligibility, seat availability, and document verification.

• The institute reserves the right to approve or reject an application if information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or does not meet requirements.

4) Accuracy of Information Submitted

You are responsible for ensuring that all details entered in forms (name, phone, email, documents, qualification, etc.) are correct. If incorrect or misleading information is submitted, admission can be cancelled at any stage.

5) Document Uploads

When you upload documents through our forms:

• You confirm that the documents belong to you and are genuine.

• You agree that the institute may use them only for admission and verification purposes.

• If any uploaded document is found to be forged or invalid, the institute may reject the application or cancel admission.

6) Fees & Installments

• Course fees and installment options (if available) are shared during counselling/admission and/or displayed on our website.

• If you choose installment payment, you must pay each installment on or before the shared due date.

• Delay in payment may result in temporary pause of training access until dues are cleared.

7) Refund & Cancellation

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, unless a written refund approval is provided by the institute management. Any exception, if approved, will be processed as per the institute’s internal policy and timelines.

8) Training, Schedule & Attendance

• Batch timings and schedule may be adjusted due to operational or academic reasons.

• Students are expected to maintain discipline and regular attendance.

• Missed sessions may not be repeated unless the institute provides an alternative arrangement.

9) Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behaviour during classes, training sessions, and within institute premises. Misconduct, abusive behaviour, or violation of institute rules may lead to disciplinary action, including removal from the program without refund.

10) Career Guidance / Placement Support (If Applicable)

If interview preparation, career guidance, or placement support is provided, it is offered as assistance. Final selection depends on employer requirements, candidate performance, eligibility, and availability of opportunities. The institute does not guarantee job placement.

11) Intellectual Property

All website content, brand name, visuals, and training material are the property of Gurukul Aviation (unless stated otherwise). Reproduction, copying, or distribution without written permission is not allowed.
